A VARIETY OF SHELVES AND OPTIONAL ADD-ONS FOR ORDER TRACKING

We have both plastic and stainless steel shelving options, some with raised edges that help keep bins in place while the picking cart is in use. Plastic textured shelves help keep floors clean by catching water and other debris, while stainless steel shelves offer added durability. You can also equip your picking carts with optional add-on baskets and tables that are convenient for holding order printouts or electronic devices that pickers need to keep track of the orders.

PICKING BINS AND TOTES IN DIFFERENT SIZES

If your pickers need to fulfill multiple orders at once or separate different types of products, our totes and bins will help make that happen. We offer large-capacity plastic totes in three different sizes. Our totes come with easy-access lids, ergonomic handles for easy lifting, and impact-resistant construction. They can be used in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Our picking bins also come in a variety of sizes, including ones that fit standard grocery paper bags. They are made of sturdy, durable waterproof plastic – great for use in cold or humid environments.

NESTABLE PICKING CARTS & MULTI-USE FUNCTIONALITY

Not only does our extensive range of options allow you to find the custom solutions that are just right for your order-picking crew, but our picking carts also come with lots of bonus features that enhance convenience and productivity. Many of our picking carts are nestable, taking up less space when not in use. Some of the two-tier carts have retractable top trays, allowing the cart to transform for handling larger and taller items as needed. Swivel wheels allow for easy maneuverability in tight spaces and rear wheel breaks prevent the cart from rolling while loading and unloading. Some of our models come with bag hooks and optional dividers that allow for on-the-fly adjustment of bin size per customer order.
